This page explains how the Scott Nefstead website handles information submitted through its contact form and uses Google Analytics.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, the site collects the name you enter, your phone number and/or email address, and the vehicle selection you make. Your browser sends these details to a LeadConnector webhook when you submit the form. Contact form submissions are delivered into a customer relationship management system operated by Dark Matter Media on Scott Nefstead's behalf. Scott Nefstead and Dark Matter Media staff supporting this site can see them. They are used only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about buying or leasing a vehicle. They are not sold, rented or traded, or shared with anyone else for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you arrived at our site. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. Google Analytics is loaded only when this site is viewed at nefsteadmotors.com or www.nefsteadmotors.com.

How long information is kept

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as Scott Nefstead works with Dark Matter Media. You can ask for your information to be removed by emailing the address on this page. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
